Credentialing Specialist

The Staff Pad is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to work for a growing healthcare staffing organization in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of healthcare experience, in roles equivalent to Physician Credentialing, Privileging, Quality Assurance, or within the healthcare staffing industry.

JOBOVERVIEW:

Process and analyze verification of physician qualifications presented byprimary sourceverificationofalllicenses,highestlevelofeducation,and state board sanctions

PrepareMedicalStaffappointmentapplicationsandassistMedicalStaffOfficewith verification process and obtaining required documents to obtain privileges

Enrollingthephysicianinour clientsMedicalMalpracticeprogramvia Certificate of Insurance

Maintain internal database by updating physician documents and credentials; keeping theseorganizedby uploadingintoSalesforceinatimelymannerandfollowingnamingstructures

ProvideaccurateandtimelydocumentationofallprivilegingactivitiesinSalesforce through the completion of the Quality Standards and privileging process

Maintaincommunicationwithproductionteamandphysicianthroughoutprocess

Consistentlyadheretofollow-upcommunicationstandardstoensuretimelycompletion of credentialing

Use in place processes to track and follow up with expiring/missing credentials

Be able to analyze credential documents and upload them with correct naming in our system

Utilize DocuSign to send out/receive specific onboarding items
