We are recognized worldwide as a Leading Search and Recruitment firm serving the Animal Health, Veterinary, and Pet Products Industries. We are hiring a Copywriter/Job Poster. In this critical role, the incumbent will enhance our firm s effectiveness and help increase our client and candidate pool by handling copywriting and job posting on our website and various other job boards.

We are seeking a DYNAMIC, self-motivated professional to join our team as Copywriter/Job Poster. You will report to the CEO and support the CEO and COO in our Tulsa office. This person must be results driven, trust-worthy, a quality professional with copywriting skills. Be able to manage a variety of independent projects as assigned.

We are seeking an exceptional individual who is organized and is able to write/re-write various job descriptions and job posts in an exciting, fresh way! Simply put, this person would be responsible for taking the job descriptions we receive from our clients, re-writing them into job advertisements, and uploading them to multiple job boards, including our own website. Our business does see anywhere from 5-75+ jobs being sent in daily. You will be creating high quality high volume content and posting across multiple platforms.

This position is part-time or full-time (minimum of 25 hours/week).

Our offices are located at 91st and Yale in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities:

Copywriting re-writing job descriptions or creating job descriptions for various openings across the country

Updating records using online database and record system

Posting job ads onto various job platforms

Maintaining organized spreadsheets

Perform other various administrative tasks as needed



Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office (excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid use of the English language, ability to spell, use grammar and punctuation in an appropriate way

Strong organizational skills

Able to work on multiple projects at once

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Thorough and strong attention to details

Able to learn quickly

Able to type quickly

Creative writer / ability to use enticing verbiage in their writing.

Knowledge of Word Press is a preferred qualification but not required

Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a preferred qualification but not required

This is a position based in our office and requires commuting to our office.

All equipment and office supplies needed will be provided, as well as training.



Work experience-Minimum of 1 years of related experience Education: bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field that requires strong writing skills required.
