- Work with the product, UX, legal review, and delivery teams to produce content.
- Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behavior.
- Ensuring consistency across content.
- Write, edit, test, and improve content that makes our products easier to use, including product flows, interface language, educational materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies, notifications, surveys, and other content across Exact Sciences products and experiences.
- Facilitate the collaborate and influence design decisions with multiple team members, including product, UX, development, and key stakeholders.
