Cntrl & Rpt Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting Review Marketing contracts from financial perspective. i.e. available budget / accounting treatment.
• Make sure to assess the risks in any new campaign in order to avoid the risks.
• Lead A&M process for Beverages and Snacks businesses during month-end and its related month-end transactions.
• Reconcile Marketing RFPs with related commitment balance and ensure proper accounting allocation.
• Responsible for developing and calculating PCE A&M and D&A curve entry and provide needed data for the Curve entry& calculation Reconcile Marketing accrual balances.
• Advance payment and prepaid analysis.
• Record and analyze prepaid amortization entry and any related entries Work closely with the planning team to proactively identify actual vs. Forecast gaps and adjust them.
• Handle any A&M related regional reports or deliverables.
• Ensure building of all databases needed for A&M line items in order to secure proper financials & tracking.
• Ensure the monthly submission of actual data on the Company’s system (SAP) during the process of the month end closing.
