Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting Review Marketing contracts from financial perspective. i.e. available budget / accounting treatment.
- Make sure to assess the risks in any new campaign in order to avoid the risks.
- Lead A&M process for Beverages and Snacks businesses during month-end and its related month-end transactions.
- Reconcile Marketing RFPs with related commitment balance and ensure proper accounting allocation.
- Responsible for developing and calculating PCE A&M and D&A curve entry and provide needed data for the Curve entry& calculation Reconcile Marketing accrual balances.
- Advance payment and prepaid analysis.
- Record and analyze prepaid amortization entry and any related entries Work closely with the planning team to proactively identify actual vs. Forecast gaps and adjust them.
- Handle any A&M related regional reports or deliverables.
- Ensure building of all databases needed for A&M line items in order to secure proper financials & tracking.
- Ensure the monthly submission of actual data on the Company’s system (SAP) during the process of the month end closing.
