As a Client Services Agent, you will be responsible for creating and booking custom itineraries for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! Roles & Responsibilities

• Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients based on individual preferences
  
• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certificate
  
• Attend webinars with suppliers to become more familiar with specific brands and destinations
  
• Work within client s budget
  
• Create promotional materials to distribute digitally
  
• Monitor international and domestic regulations
  
• Make reservations
  
• Effectively communicate with clients pre-departure and upon return
  
• Handle issues that may arise during the trip
