Were looking for aClient Relationship Manager who oversees bookkeeping process to ensure that bookkeeping & compliance elements are

completed in an accurate & timely manner.


  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Day Shift
  • Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH

You will be working with a client with highly-experienced accountantsand bookkeepers bring together the benefits of modern cloud accounting applications, intelligent workflows with dedicated, professional processing staff to simplify and enable your finance function.

What are the daily tasks?

  • Manage the efficiency & effectiveness of the delivery of the bookkeeping process with particular regard to budget, RINT optimization & process
  • Establish and maintain relationship with clients to help them maximise the performance of their business
  • Look for further opportunities to enhance client s business through greater service offerings, added value services
  • Work on project opportunities either within Bookkeeping or Consulting Divisions

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years vast experience in dealing with clients, account management
  • Candidate should have functional expertise in Australia bookkeeping specifically BAS, GST and Payroll
  • Experience with Xero Practice Manager is a greater advantage to the role
  • Be proactive. Always look at issues from the client s perspective
  • Think holistically about all issues to provide support as a whole, focusing on the business relationships and its impact Excellent written and verbal communications skills
