Civil Manager

Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Civil Manager for their growing Orlando team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage operations for Civil Engineering Department including projects, staffing, training, mentoring and business development
  
• Responsible for meeting department performance metrics/goals
  
• Lead preparation of all drawings, design calculations and technical documents
  
• Communicate with clients and manage client expectations
  
• Lead efforts to develop business (sales leads, proposals, marketing)
  
• Work closely with directors, managers and engineering staff
  

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 8+ years of manager experience
  
• PE License
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD
  
• Knowledge of Civil3D, Map3D, GIS, and/or BIM preferred
  
• Experience in design and leadership
