Scope:
In general, the main tasks of the CFO include reviewing financial reports, auditing accounts, and preparing financial projections for the company in which he works. Companies depend on their financial manager in a substantial way to increase the company's profits, by analyzing data, implementing strategies, and presenting the results to the companys Chief Executive Officer.
Roles and responsibilities :-
- Preparing the Policies and Procedures for the financial department
- Perform financial analysis and submit reports to the CEO
- Monitoring expenditures, analyzing revenues and identifying budget variances
- Preparing quarterly financial reports submitted to the Financial Supervisory Authority
- Approval of the annual inventory Report
- Ensure the implementation and application of accounting methods, principles and policies and review the implementation of accounting standards amendments
- Approving the payment of salaries / and all cash expenses
- Preparing periodic reports containing income statements and debts / cash flow analysis
- Preparing financial indicators reports
- Overseeing the cash procurement to meet the company's needs of disbursing loans and expenses
- Manage with banks to ensure the provision of the necessary liquidity for operations at the lowest pricing and manage facilities guarantees and treasury bills
- Approving bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Reviewing the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements before sealing them, in coordination with the internal and external audit department
- Reviewing and signing transfers and checks
- Approving bank transfers and electronic payments through the bank's portal
- Reviewing the tax return in coordination with the tax advisor
