Role: Business Development Manager
Job Location : Kandivali West, Mumbai (on-site)
Experience required : minimum 3 years in B2B Sales
Responsibilities:
Connect with decision makers in target organizations to pitch them our digital services and products
Create commercial proposal, present solution to leadership and address their concerns
Handling negotiations with consideration of management to close deals
Manage relationships with existing and new clients to achieve target NPS
Coordination with internal marketing team to amplify brand visibility and lead generation
Manage and report data based on CRM and sales software
Identify new partnership and growth opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Plan and meet defined KPI and KRA targets
Qualifications:
Master and #x27;s degree or equivalent sales experience in software or digital advertising
Past experience in closing large deals
4+ years and #x27; prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
Self-motivated with ability to manage and scale sales team
