Business Development Director Home Care

Responsibilities:

• MUST HAVE HOME CARE EXPERIENCE
• Forecast needs, set priorities and execute business strategy for the region
• Develop and lead a team of sales account executives throughout the five boroughs
• Build and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources
• Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key hospitals
• Meet with, and present the benefits of quality patient care at home to existing and potential referral sources
• Recruit and train a field-based sales team
• Set and achieve goals for sales revenues
• Communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team, including operations support and clinical management
• Reports to and meets regularly with senior leadership

Requirements:

• Sales leadership experience A MUST HAVE.
• Home Care experience, which may include LHCSA, CHHA, or Private Pay
• Ability to develop and implement a sales plan
• Established contacts in the Metro NYC Region
• C-level negotiation experience
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Professional demeanour and presentation
• Bachelors Degree required
