Business Development - Bidder - Upwork Freelancer Guru Elance PPH

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Bidder for Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Elance, People per hour. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2+ years of similar experience to join our IT company.

As an Bidder, you will be responsible for acquiring new projects and clients through the Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Elance, People per hour platforms. Your primary goal will be to win bids and secure long-term business opportunities for the company.

• Responsible for generating business from online Bidding Portals like - Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Elance, People per hour etc.
  
• Responsible for bidding of CRM, ERP, Salesforce, NetSuite and Zoho Projects
  
• Carefully reviewing the project description and requirements to ensure that Dhruvsoft has the necessary skills and experience to complete the work
  
• Analyze project requirements, scope, and objectives to determine feasibility and alignment with the companys capabilities
  
• Collaborate with the technical team and other stakeholders to gather the necessary information for creating compelling proposals
  
• Developing a proposal that outlines Dhruvsofts approach to the project and how we can add value to the client
  
• Submit bid and proposal to the client for consideration
  
• Build a strong reputation on the platform to attract more clients and higher-paying projects
  
• Responding to any questions or concerns the client on the bid
  
• Negotiating the terms of the project with the client, if necessary
  
• Client Interaction and doing closure
  

This is a work from office position that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
