Bts Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of quality monitoring to ensure a dedicated continuous progress of the team.
• Performing audit visit 20/60 for monitoring team performance
• Develop and improve processes to maintain the highest level of BTS performance
• Provide support to the team members to handle successfully difficult situation by providing guidance, empowerment, alternatives, and solutions.
• Ensure effective and efficient day-to day performance of team members
• Ensure the adherence of the team members to the Corporate Security department policies, procedures, and standards
• Handling back-office operation tasks that related to team member
• Ensure that physical investigation for theft incident done
• Effective audit/inspection report by security findings for visited site monthly
• Ensure Updating data base for all sites
• Create new security ideas/closed gaps or change a process
• Developing relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders
