Our client,a market leader in the consumer industry, manufacturing high quality products, and a key major player in other segments, is looking for a BRAND MANAGER:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Brand Manager (BM) will be implementing brand plans for the assigned brands which are aligned to brand strategies. The BM will be analyzing sales data, AC Nielsen Retail Trade Audit (RTA), Kantar Worldpanel, and other consumer research such as UAI, CUT s, and pre-ad tests to better understand the market and the target audience. He/she will also be providing guidance to the Brand Assistant who will report to the BM. He/she will conduct regular alignment meetings to ensure that projects are executed correctly and on-time.

He/she will be creating Promo Work plans (PWP s) with budget allocation for each project component, ensuring cost is within or lower than budget. The BM will liaise with creative and brand activation agencies to align on executional deliverables; he/she will work with Supply Chain for sampling activities and the Marketing Assistant to procure activation materials, example but not limited to, sampling kits and POSM.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Participates in ideating concepts for execution that is aligned with the brand strategy and objectives
Coordinates with creative &/or brand activation agencies and aligns on requirements and timelines
Implements the brand activation by preparing and securing approval for PWP s, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Quotation Evaluation (QE)
Monitors execution and recommends corrective action should results fall short vs. KPI


Cross-Functional Performance
Coordinates with Sales, E-commerce Team, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Procurement for
brand activation alignment
Attends Sales & Marketing Meetings, MBR, SMAP, Kantar Worldpanel presentations, research
presentations

Reporting
Updates for Mancom, AC Nielsen Retail Trade Audit, Monthly Sales Tracking

Continuous Improvement
Digital Optimization

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: College graduate, preferably of a Business Course, i.e. Business Administration, Marketing, Economics

Job Related Experience/Training: With at least 3 years experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Adept with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Can effectively express themselves via written and verbal
  • communication
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Thorough and accurate when accomplishing a task

Non-Negotiable:

  • Experienced in the use of Nielsen RTA and Kantar Worldpanel in an FMCG Principal company
  • Has experience with Quantitative Research
  • With a strong personality and can handle pressure
  • Willing to work on a Hybrid work schedule in Ortigas
