Hiring for the Customer Support Voice process in leading MNC @Kolkata !!!
Looking for any UG/Graduate with 1 year & above exp in BPO industry.
Job Title: Process Associate (Voice Process)
Job Role :
- Voice Process.
- Attending calls & resolving customer queries over call.
Shift: Rotational Shift/ Rotational Week Off
Requirements
Qualification: Any UG / Graduate / Post Graduate With 1 yr & above experience in BPO.
Eligibility
- Willingness to work in Voice process
- Must have good English Communication skills (both Speaking& Written).
- Willingness to work on night shift.
