Pay: $14/hr.

Hours:Monday- Friday 7AM-4PM

Job Type: Direct Hire.

Tulsa Staffing agency seeking a Bilingual front desk receptionist.

Seeking an energetic hardworking multitasker to join our team! Stand-By Personnel is a fast-growing staffing service that has been an industry leader for over 30 years.

Job Description:

Answering phone calls on multi-line phone systems. Customer service – greeting applicants & setting applicants up with job applications. Must be able to handle high applicant flow and large call volume. General office duties (filing, scanning, faxing etc.) Data Entry – Must type a minimum of 40 wpm. Must be great with multitasking. Will process I9’s, W4’s, Backgrounds. May Administer Drug screenings. Assisting recruiters as needed. Able to handle multiple personalities within an industrial/manufacturing environment. Must have great computer skills (Data Entry, Word, Excel, Outlook).
