Bilingual IT Field Engineer II

NOTES:

• Traveling to local jobsite locations around Phoenix metro primarily and around southern CA metro areas as needed also - Potentially twice per month traveling to S Cali projects, depends on needs/issues
  
• Travel to our HQ in St Pete FL once per quarter potentially
  
• Working from home on Fridays for documenting, etc. if there arent any needs at job sites - team huddles/meetings on Fridays
  
• Systems: OpenSpace, Field Wire, Crew Connect, Field Portal, internal software and QC processes
  
• Dont need Construction exp
  
• Addressing and troubleshooting problems and concerns with our systems
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Years of experience preferred/needed:Ideally 3-5+ years relevant IT experience
   
2. Education preferred/needed:Bachelors degree required; computer science or related field preferred, or other relevant experience
   

1. Must-Haves:
   

1. Bilingual English/Spanish required
   
2. 3-5+ years relevant IT experience
   
3. Networking certs a plus (A+ cert?)
   
4. Thinks outside the box, assertive/motivated, can think on their own and not escalate everything, need to have the drive to help people
