We offer an evidence-based Interdisciplinary Intervention Model grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to provide therapeutic care and educational services to students with significant needs.
We are looking for Behavior Technicians/ Therapeutic Instructors to provide direct educational and behavioral support working individually with students ages K-21 in small group settings.
Each student's care is highly individualized and developed by our clinical team consisting of Special Education Teachers, BCBAs OT, and Speech and Mental Health clinicians.
OurEarly Childhood Programserves children 3-7 years old. This clinic-based program focuses on learning through play while also addressing maladaptive behaviors and establishing goals for behavioral expectations. This program blends Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) principles into a naturalistic teaching environment.

Qualifications
Experience and Education
PAID TRAINING- Spectra provides all the training and supervision necessary to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at no cost to the employee.
We also provide QBS Safety-Care training that provides the skills and competencies necessary to prevent, de-escalate and manage behavioral challenges effectively.
Salary
$32,720-44,720 Annually
Hours
8:15 am to 3:15 pm and 8:00 am-6:00 pm twice a week, with opportunities to add additional hours to our evening ABA program.
Full Time
