Demonstrating the Scooter.
Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc
Closing and Followup.
KPIs
- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
- Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customer
- CX rating
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred
Qualification Graduation/Diploma
Exp. Min. 1 Yrs
Knows driving and have DL
Good communication skills

Mechanical / Automobile Engineer Freshers or Max 1 to 5 years experienced. Work with external/internal customers efficiently to manage Aftermarket Service Processes. Identify and execute spare parts fulfilment, purchase / sales order management, spares inventory optimization. Manage Aftermarket service process involving repair, overhaul maintenance service, warranty management, customer service and enterprise workflow solutions. Improve service approach through operations excellence to ensure client satisfaction in all deliverable.
