• Requires a good understanding of procedures around handling of goods, including onward distribution;
• Accepts equipment deliveries and co-ordinates configurations and shipping for deployment to end customer, third party and/or stores;
• Consolidates actual and planned deployment of supplier deliveries and tracks against budget;
• Selects and optimises various delivery methods to maximize value and track benefits;
• Manages ad-hoc and short-notice requests for equipment, via standardised processes;
• Assists with stock planning and transacting with suppliers;
• Demonstrates basic understanding of contract and third party management such as couriers and third party repair;
• Assists with identification and implementation of cost / process synergies, across other markets or delivery functions, through understanding drivers and challenges;
