Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Lead the account managers to develop and implement business plans and sales strategy for our Accounts that ensure attainment of sales goals, profitability & revenue growth while ensuring effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Global team to leverage best practices with similar segments and replicate successful cases.
  • Build, Manage and deliver segment Pipeline and reviews with relevant stakeholders (Marketing and finance and manage segment forecasting -Set quota targets for account managers to ensure revenue growth, net ads, digital solutions sales, connectivity and BC s.
  • Make sure that all pipeline (lead, opportunity, etc.) is logged and updated on SFDC on periodic basis and participate effectively.
  • Ensuring AMs have account marketing plans in place and regularly updated.
  • Formulate strategies-to-market for Segment accounts & coordinate with all relevant teams within VFE to make sure they are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage Complex solution sales that involve multi-discipline sales including Mobility, Connectivity, beyond connectivity and consultancy.
  • Deliver market and customer insights to Articulate, and deliver propositions and solutions compelling to the nature of segment
  • Improve level of Account management across all managed accounts, ensures that the company’s professional reputation is well maintained, and Manage, enhance, and drive positive, productive relationships with Global customer.
  • Management of daily operations with all relevant functions.
  • Build the best Team that can efficiently lead the business, through hiring, training and managing the performance of team members and ensure that they perform their roles in managing their Accounts, Develop the best calibre in sales executives to win complex solution sales and managed services in the segment.
