Job Purpose:
Overseeing, managing, and supervising services including security, parking,
cleaning, enforcement of Estate rules and regulations. A key member of the management Team,
accountable for bookkeeping, budget, invoicing, receipts, financial projections, bank reconciliation,
financial statement, and payroll. Managing the office, performing Human Resource functions, and
ensuring staff satisfaction, development, training, and abiding by company culture
Main Duties:
Overseeing and agreeing on contracts and providers for services including security,
parking, cleaning, catering, bio-gas plant, technology, water treatment plant, and police
station.
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds,
and security
Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, electricity, data and the bio-gas station are
well-maintained
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Supervising commerce in the estate
Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
Ensure good relations with homeowners and residents
Bookkeeping, invoicing, receipts and budgeting
Develop relationship with vendors and negotiate for preferential discounts, rates and
terms of payment
Ensure staff abide by company policies and adopt company culture
Conduct monthly performance reviews and reports
Sanction, warn, dismiss recalcitrant staff and those who continually fail to meet targets
Take, process, enquire and respond to all staff complaints
Submit weekly financial reports
Filing of taxes and SSNIT
And any other duty that may be assigned
