Job Purpose :
To lead an assigned area for achieving set objectives for Mobile Fueling Business in terms of
selection and commissioning of new locations, identification & on-boarding of channel partners,
sales volumes and customer acquisitions. To monitor channel operations for assigned states and
ensure compliance with company policy & government regulation.
Job Accountabilities :
1. Achieve set volume targets of HSD through Mobile Fueling Business
o To implement plan of action for achievement of set volume targets, market share and margin objectives for sales through MDU & PFC.
o To assist State Teams to achieve sales targets through close coordination with Head office .
2. To continuously gather market insights on competitive position in the market i.e.
Network, pricing, promotions, product gaps and provide inputs to various tracks for developing relevant policies and market strategies
o Provide inputs on pricing strategy to respective Product/Business Head
o To design and implement demand generation activities through channel partners for maximising sales
3. Managing Operation in close co-ordination with state teams
o Monitoring location-wise sales and implementing ways to improve sales
o Troubleshooting of issues in co-ordination with Eng., IT, Automation and sales team
o To ensure that all our assets (PFCs, MDU & IT equipment) are properly looked
after and safety need to ascertain at all the time through proper training & adherence of SOP.
o Tracking stock of container , maintenance of MDU and collection of Business Fee
o Co-ordination with various statutory authorities like PESO, RTO & others, to ensure the Approvals and their by timely Rollout of MDUs and ensure continues operations..
4. Close coordination with various stakeholders HO & State Teams , Channel Partners , Customers & other Govt. Agencies
o Streamline and expand the channel network for optimal performance and maximum reach in the target areas.
o Work closely with Channel Partners to increase customer base and operational efficiency by adhering to define process
o Acquiring new customers by leveraging the USPs of Mobile Fueling mediums in co-ordination with operations team
o Provide timely information about areas of improvement to various teams
o Extend support to state teams for acquiring necessary permission for Mobile Fueling Business,
o Timely implementation of Automation initiatives with close coordination with various teams -
5. Publish MIS to various stakeholders for monitoring and improvement of operations
