Architecture Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings (shop drawings) both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications and other applications.
• Creating photoshop plans for all apartments for marketing purposes.
• Managing constraining factors such as governmental legislation, environmental impact, and others.
• Following up license drawing process.
• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the Company management.
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as site engineers, purchasing managers, and others.
• Participating in Specifying the requirements of the project such as the nature and quality of materials required.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
