ArchitectProject Manager

• Lead Architectural team
  
• Develop/manage project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects
  
• Manage financial performance of projects (manage budget, scheduling, billing)
  
• Oversee technical completion of projects and other design professionals
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Regular client communication
• Manage project team including mentoring, training, and collaboration
  
• Other project and construction administration duties as needed
  

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture required
  
• Master s in Architecture preferred
  
• 8+ years of experience in commercial design
  
• Experience developing construction documents/specifications for commercial projects (retail, restaurants, office, and industrial, and others)
  
• Construction administration experience
  
• Knowledge of industry standards for code, materials, and methods
  
• Experience with specification writing
  
• Experience using BIM and/or Revit
