The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and supervision of a state park region with primary emphasis on supporting the complement management, personnel administration, purchasing, contracting/procurement of services, budget and fiscal management, customer service, labor relations, training, and field park administrative evaluations/inspections. Your work includes management of the regional permanent and non-permanent complements, including recommending filling actions to take, providing policy and procedural interpretation, as well as assisting in the reviewing, analyzing, and developing of regional policies and/or operating procedures.
