Job Description: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing files, answering phones, and providing general support to our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain calendars for executives and team members
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Assist with data entry and record-keeping
Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
