- Hire and manage a team of promoters and supervisors for on-ground activations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients for all activation-related matters
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and objectives for activations
- Develop and implement activation plans and strategies to ensure successful execution of campaigns
- Ensure all activations adhere to local laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses
