San Francisco-based client is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Accountant to provide support for all accounting operations of the organization. This is a hybrid position with an hourly pay rate between $31-$36, depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this position, please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full cycle accounts payable duties
- Responsible for the setup, reconciliation, and maintenance of POs
- Accurately review and transfer online expense reports directly to the GL
- Provide assistance with year-end close processes and annual 1099 filings
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures, policies, and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations preferred
- Grant experience required
- Experience using Concur/Financial Edge NXT preferred
- Experience using Excel (entry to mid-level)
