Accountant Job Description We are seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accountants can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills. To ensure success, Accountants should be prompt, honest detail-oriented, professional, and analytical. Top candidates will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers. Accountant Responsibilities: Install, modify documents, and coordinate implementation of accounting system and accounting control procedures. Processing daily accounting -general ledgers entries Prepare outstanding accounts payable balance Comply and sort documents such as invoices and checks, sub-staining business transactions. Conduct bank reconciliations and follow up on all outstanding and unusual items Conduct Client and Suppliers reconciliation Prepare checks, accounts statements, reports, and other records and reviews for accuracy. Check and approve all vouchers for payments. Preparation of taxes and NSSF, VAT papers payable, and prepaid expenses. Coordinate with the Sales Officers to make sure that all receivables are collected. Assist in preparing financial reports and Statements (Budgets, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheet) Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed Has an experience in wizard accounting system Accountant Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a related field. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes. Working with a group of people to achieve a shared goal or outcome in an effective way. Ethical behavior. Attention to detail. Location: Living in Beirut Gender: Female
