• Own Global 3S maturity assessment framework, Drive yearly practices improvements, incl. convergence and consistency between projects, services, digital services, SPS Front End.
• Animate the 3S assessors and SMEs community, Establish and follow-up Roadmap while leveraging connections with GIA (Global Internal Audit) Team
• Lead the 3S maturity assessments, deliver clear and specific recommendations adding value to each entity assessed. After each assessment, support the teams in the actions implementation
• Maintain and enrich 3S assessment frameworks in line with global and operational requirements, and contribute to build a referential of best practices
• Provide inputs to global process evolution such as CPP, and continuous improvement initiatives based on quantified observation and experience
• Animate the Global Customer Project maturity committee, share twice a year overall findings, highlight trends, strenghts and areas where to reinforce.
