Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch customer support to our clients. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through online channels.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and excellent customer service skills.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
  • Escalate customer complaints or issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer interactions and report any trends or patterns to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
