Job Summary

The HR & Talent Assistant supports the Human Resources team in recruitment employer branding and the day-to-day HR administrative role requires bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)toeffectively support candidates and -levelposition plays a key role in attracting top talent enhancing the companys employer brand and supporting employee experience initiatives while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Essential Functions

  • Post job openings on job boards social media platforms and professional networks

  • Source candidates through online platforms and resume databases ( LinkedIn etc.)

  • Review resumes and applications toidentifyqualified candidates

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate interest qualifications and compensation expectations

  • Coordinate interviews including scheduling and candidate communications

  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)(Paycom)

  • Provide recruitment status updates to the HR team

  • Assistinmaintainingand enhancing the companys employer brand presence both internally and externally ( advertisementssocial mediarecruitment campaigns event flyers etc.)

  • Help organize and attend job fairs campus recruiting events and community outreach initiatives

  • Engage with prospective candidates at recruiting events and serve as a company representative

  • Maintain relationships with past applicants and talent pipelines

  • Assistwith internal communications related to HR initiatives

  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives

  • Assistwithmaintainingemployee records and HR documentation

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

  • Participateinrequiredtraining events.

  • Any and allother duties as assigned.



Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate degreerequired;Bachelors degree in Human Resourcesor related field preferred

  • 02 years of experience in recruiting HR marketing communications or administrative support role

  • Bilingual inEnglish and Spanishrequired

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages

  • Ability to communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking applicants and employees

  • Familiarity with social media platforms online job boards and professional networks

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content for recruitment and employee engagement initiatives

  • Experience using Canva or similar design platforms to create social media graphics flyers or internal communications materials strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus

  • Ability torepresentthe company professionally at recruiting events and community outreach initiatives

Physical / Mental Demands

  • A mixture of sedentary work and periods of light work asrequired.

  • Occasional walking

  • Frequent bendingtwistingand reaching

  • Ability to perform mathematical operations

  • Ability to write read and distinguishes numbers and symbols

  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

  • Write/record numbers and results using a computer

  • May lift push pull or carry up to 25 pounds infrequently
