Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast lunch and/or grab-and-go items according to menu specificationsMaintain excellent standards of food quality presentation and portion controlFollow all food safety hygiene and health & safety proceduresSupport menu planning and contribute ideas for seasonal offeringsEnsure kitchen areas equipment and utensils are clean and well maintainedWork collaboratively with the wider culinary and service teamAssist with stock rotation ordering and inventory management
