The Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Systems and Operations Specialist (Contractor) to support the day-to-day operations of our Talent Development team for a six-month engagement. This role will help manage and maintain our LMS (Sana) and our integrations with third-party courseware providers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized technically comfortable with LMS platforms and integrations and has an exceptional customer service mindset. This person will help ensure learners across the company have a seamless experience accessing training and courseware.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Sana LMS including assigning courseware and managing learner access
  • Monitor and validate learner data feeds coming from Workday and ensure accurate synchronization within Sana
  • Move learners into appropriate groups and cohorts to ensure correct course assignments
  • Configure and maintain automations that support onboarding workflows and training assignments
  • Generate and maintain reporting from Sana (Insights and other reporting tools)
  • Collect and consolidate training data and reports from third-party courseware providers and incorporate them into Sana reporting as needed
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and ensure training assignments and automations are functioning properly
  • Provide real-time support via Slack for LMS-related questions from employees across the company
  • Respond to support inquiries with a friendly responsive and solutions-oriented approach that reflects strong customer service
  • Other tasks and responsibilities related to learning systems and operations as the function evolves

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience implementing administering or managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience troubleshooting LMS workflows automations and integrations
  • Strong experience with reporting and data analysis within LMS platforms
  • Excellent organizational and operational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to respond quickly and helpfully to internal support requests
  • Comfortable working in Slack-based support environments and handling real-time inquiries
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • Open-mindedness and comfort working in an evolving environment where priorities and needs can change rapidly

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Sana LMS
  • Experience working with HRIS integrations such as Workday
  • Experience managing third-party courseware integrations
  • Previous customer support experience
  • Previous past experience in a learning department or organization

Base Compensation Range

$50.00/Hour

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately in determining your pay well consider many factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors.
