Residential Manager

• Pay: $50000 annually / $24 hourly

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Services Manager to lead our residential programs ensuring high-quality support and fostering a positive empowering environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Summary:

• Oversee the daily operations of residential sites ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
• Supervise and support residential staff including hiring training performance evaluations and ongoing professional development
• Implement and monitor Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs) to promote individual goals skill development and community engagement
• Utilize best practices technology and person-centered thinking to enhance service delivery and support positive outcomes
• Act as a liaison and advocate for residents families and community partners to ensure coordinated respectful care
• Ensure a safe clean and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Monitor and manage program budgets resources and documentation to maintain operational efficiency
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement teamwork and respect within the residential team

• Bachelors degree in social services human services or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Proven experience in residential or community-based services with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of person-centered planning best practices and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency with technology and documentation systems related to service delivery
• Commitment to promoting independence dignity and inclusion for individuals served
