We are seeking a dedicated Residential Services Manager to lead our residential programs ensuring high-quality support and fostering a positive empowering environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Summary:
- Oversee the daily operations of residential sites ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Supervise and support residential staff including hiring training performance evaluations and ongoing professional development
- Implement and monitor Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs) to promote individual goals skill development and community engagement
- Utilize best practices technology and person-centered thinking to enhance service delivery and support positive outcomes
- Act as a liaison and advocate for residents families and community partners to ensure coordinated respectful care
- Ensure a safe clean and welcoming environment for residents and staff
- Monitor and manage program budgets resources and documentation to maintain operational efficiency
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement teamwork and respect within the residential team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in social services human services or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Proven experience in residential or community-based services with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of person-centered planning best practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with technology and documentation systems related to service delivery
- Commitment to promoting independence dignity and inclusion for individuals served
