The Assistant Director of MSBA NYC Program Position:
The Assistant Director of MSBA NYC Program plays a key role in supporting program execution student advising and cocurricular engagement. This position provides both strategic and handson leadership collaborating with MSBA colleagues campus partners and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional inclusive experience for a diverse student population. We are seeking a selfdriven professional with strong judgment proven experience and the ambition to excel in a dynamic highimpact role.
The Assistant Director reporting to the Director of Online Masters & MSBA Programs oversees the full MSBA student lifecycle by providing holistic academic advising supporting students with moderately complex personal and institutional concerns and connecting them with appropriate resources to promote success. This role contributes to key initiatives that advance retention persistence and graduation; develops and implements cocurricular programmingincluding orientations welcome events speaker sessions and student interest groupsto strengthen community and engagement; and participates in assessment efforts and schoolwide committees to enhance policies and student services. The position also supports admissions and corporate relations activities as needed collaborates closely with partners across Johnson and the broader university such as Admissions Cornell Health Global Learning and Student Disability Services and regularly uses systems such as Salesforce and Academic Student of Concern forms to ensure accurate documentation and student tracking.
