Were seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Staff Technician to join our team at our Convenience Care Office located in Portland this front-desk role youll be the welcoming face of Meridiansupporting daily operations assisting patients and keeping our clinic running smoothly. This is a part time role working weekends 8am - 2pm.

What Youll Do as a Support Staff Technician

  • Provide friendly professional communication with patients staff and the public
  • Answer calls schedule and reschedule appointments and route messages
  • Collect co-pays and process payments
  • Manage medical records releases of information and new patient charts
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail (USPS UPS FedEx)
  • Check in patients in NextGen
  • (Main Office only) Answer executive phone as needed

What You Bring as a Support Staff Technician

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of office or administrative experience (medical setting preferred)
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Excellent communication organization and multitasking abilities
  • Professionalism discretion and a patient-centered mindset
