Actively takes orders conducts full and complete beverage/food service and monitors guests lounge/bar experience. Interacts with the lounge/bar guests fellow team members and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.

- Requiredtosolicitanyallergyordietaryrestrictionsfromeachguest
- AccuratelyentersallordersintothePOSsystem
- Ensuresthedeliveryofallfoodandbeveragetotheguests
- Maintaingeneralcleanlinessofassignedstationsandtheentirevenue
- Followsupervisorsinstructionscommunicatewithandsupportco-workersandbeateamplayer
- Possessesin-depthknowledgeofallfoodandbeveragemenusandthecompany
- Servesallalcoholicbeveragesinaccordancewithallstateregulationsandalcoholawarenesstrainingstandards
- Followsallcompanyprocedureswhenprovidingbottleservice
- Followspropercash/paymentcardprocedures
- ComplieswithDepartmentofHealthandcompanysanitationstandards
- Accuratelycompletesallend-of-shiftfinancialprocedures

- Previouscocktailand/orfloorserverexperience
- Experienceinahigh-volumerestaurant/nightclub/lounge
