This role blends people leadership operational excellence and meaningful client engagement to help individuals and businesses reach their financial goals.
In this role youll
- Process routine financial transactions such as deposits withdrawals check cashing and loan payments with accuracy and care.
- Balance your cash drawer daily while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Act as a leader in sales operations and client service within the branch.
- Support the Branch Manager or Client Service Manager by training mentoring and coaching the teller team.
- Complete operational tasks on time while adhering to policies and procedures to minimize risk.
- Engage in proactive discussions with clients to understand their current and future financial needs.
- Present tailored financial solutions and refer clients to other specialists as appropriate.
- Resolve client questions and troubleshoot account-related issues.
- Build and maintain thorough knowledge of operational processes and compliance requirements.
- Model and ensure adherence to policies security standards and regulatory expectations.
What were looking for
- You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- You have 6 or more years of teller experience including sales experience with established goals (Required).
- You have experience leading a project process or team (Required).
- An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $22.39-$30.29/hour
- Annual incentive potential
- Comprehensive employee benefits including: medical dental vision LTD STD and life
