Summary:This position is responsible for tracking and coordinating parts needed for maintenance utilizing the maintenance system and Oracle. Also functions as a receiver. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Fills customer orders from stockWorks with procurement to support facility buyerWorking with maintenance staff on reconciling work orders with part numbersAssist Planner on assembling and stagging Work Order PartsReconcile interface between CMMS and Oracle on all parts in and utilization / Receives in Oracle and COGZStocks parts on shelves according to indexing systemRecords and maintains control of all spare parts inventory items purchasedReconciles the inventory with the parts check out sheets / COGZReceives UPS and distributes packages as necessarySends out packages as necessary via UPS or USPSReceives incoming parts and supplies into the inventory and distributes them as necessarySecures supplies or parts as needed in the local areaCompletes weekly monthly and quarterly inventories / cycle countingMaintenance all electronic records and ensures accuracy of for new inventory in the compliance with all established internal control proceduresFollow company GMPs (Good manufacturing practices) and all other quality for ensuring work area is clean and adhere to all safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when to ensuring that the products produced meet all food safety and quality bulk chemical into plant storage tank.
