Michigan Broadband is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales this role you will engage prospective and existing customers over the phone and digital channels identify their needs and recommend telecom solutions that fit their business or personal requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales relationship-building and working in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Call Center Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Identify customers needs through inbound and outbound calls and recommend appropriate telecom products and services
Educating customers on service features pricing and promotions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records (contacts pipeline activities).
Collaborate with sales marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay current on telecom products market trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
1 year of inside sales call center or telecom sales experience preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
