Job Summary

Job Title: Medical Lab Technologist Lead
Job Location: Meeker CO
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Perform and review complex laboratory tests in areas such as Hematology Biochemistry Microbiology Immunology and Clinical Pathology.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results before reporting.
Calibrate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
Validate new laboratory methods and equipment.
Ensure proper sample collection labeling and processing
Supervise and guide laboratory technologists and technicians.
Allocate daily workload and monitor turnaround times (TAT).
Provide training and mentoring to new staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Ensure adherence to NABL / CAP / ISO / local regulatory guidelines.
Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
Monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) programs.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when required
