What Youll Brew:
- Support the Boston Beer Company communications team including external internaland consumer communications
- Manage the day-to-day responses to drinker contacts across all brandsusing CRM system
- Answer consumer inquiries by emailpromptly and thoroughly in a friendly and courteous manner
- Writeandmaintainbrandmessagingfor drinker-facing communications
- Assistinregulardata mining andbrandinsightsreporting
- Prepare and sendmailers tomedia and drinkers including but not limitedto:productsamplesrefund checksswag etc.
- Build media listseditorial calendars pitch materialsresearch backgroundersand provide general PR support for brand leads
- Attendteamdepartmentand cross-functional meetings for exposure toother areas of the business and stretch opportunities as desired
What IngredientsYoullBring:
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in Bachelors Degree program
- Valid Social Security Number needed by first day of employment
- Must be able to commute daily to the Boston Design Center in the Seaport District of Boston MA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Course work andinterestin Marketing Communications Public Relationsor similar
- Working knowledge of Excel WordPowerBI PowerPointand Outlook
- Candidate must be confident collaborative solutions-oriented and self-starter who is an adept multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communicationskills
- Priorprofessionalexperience isrequired preferably with some customer service experience
- Sound judgmentand risk assessment skills
- Good teamplayer:you will interact with many people in thecompanyand we are the voice of the company.
- A willingness tolearnabout Boston Beer Company products and history
In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
