Gwinnett Place Nissan is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Korean Speaking Service Advisor to join our team in Duluth this role you will assist our Korean-speaking and English-speaking customers by providing exceptional service advice coordinating service appointments and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking and English-speaking customers seeking vehicle service.
- Communicate effectively in Korean and English to understand customer concerns and explain service options.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments in a timely manner.
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure customer needs are met accurately.
- Provide updates and follow-up with customers regarding service status and completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Promote additional service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service or automotive service role preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage various customer requests efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Reliable and able to work in our Duluth GA location.
