Job Summary

Collection Representative Entry Level

All Year Cooling and Plumbing is growing and looking for a motivated Collection Representative Entry Level to join our team. If you are customer-focused organized and comfortable speaking with
customers about account balances this is a great opportunity to build your career in finance and
revenue operations. This role is responsible for following up on outstanding balances supporting
accounts receivable efforts and helping maintain healthy company cash flow while delivering
professional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding past-due balances by phone and email
Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
Document all collection activity accurately in the company system
Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines
Process and post customer payments
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and account status
Escalate unresolved accounts according to company policy
Collaborate with accounting and customer service teams to ensure account accuracy
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and professional phone demeanor
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable discussing payment arrangements with customers
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Collections or accounts receivable experience is a plus but not required
HVAC or home services industry experience is a plus
Familiarity withServiceTitanis a plus
No college degree required
