Job Summary

This opportunity will have a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office and remote flexibility on Friday.

Candidates must be within a comfortable driving distance of a local facility to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contract Analytics & Reporting Expertise Advanced ability to develop manage and interpret contract-related reports and analytics serving as a centralized source of insight for tracking contract performance expirations and financial impact.
  • Data-Driven Margin Optimization Strong skill in analyzing contract and customer data to identify trends risks and opportunities that support margin improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Software Knowledge - Expert level Snowflake SQL Tableau SAP Vistex. Sales Force is a plus. TAP Contracting Tool knowledge is a plus.
  • Process Improvement & Automation Mindset Proven skill in identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort streamline reporting and implement automation to shorten work cycles and improve accuracy.
  • Strategic Customer Partnership Demonstrated capability to support large strategic customers as a subject matter expert providing trusted guidance on complex contract matters.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills High proficiency in analytics with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for business and cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; recognized as diplomatic influential and a natural connector across Legal Sales Finance and Operations.
  • Project Management Capability Experience managing initiatives end-to-end balancing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

Proactively ensures that organizational contractual agreements are meticulously managed and strategically leveraged for maximum benefit. Enhances contract administration efforts using analytical tools and systems ensuring that all contractual commitments are met while exploring opportunities for growth and optimization.

Major Tasks Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Manages end-to-end data processes including data validation table maintenance querying reporting and development of automated dashboards to support business insights.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert for contract management systems and data architecture by guiding system enhancements defining functional requirements applying API logic configuring data structures (JSON/DB schemas) and leading testing validation versioning lineage and quality assurance for new features and upgrades.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for customer-initiated and internal audits developing audit-supporting queries analyses and documentation
  • Leads strategic contract management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance including automation of contract and compliance activities.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven analyses respond to inquiries and provide well-researched recommendations that support business objectives.
  • Creates and maintain comprehensive internal process documentation promote awareness of requirements across business units and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Oversees contractual compliance for large complex agreements by monitoring terms and conditions proactively identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
  • Provides training mentorship and ongoing support to contract administrators to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to best practices.

Nature and Scope

  • Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty sometimes with incomplete information that produce effective end results.
  • Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
  • May oversee the completion of projects and assignments including planning assigning monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work evaluating results etc. Contributes to employees professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.

Work Environment

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
