We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Manager to lead and oversee inbound sales and customer service operations across multiple locations including Lakewood and New Egypt while coordinating with remote and international teams.
This is a hands on leadership role combining strategy execution and team development. The manager will be responsible for driving performance maintaining service standards improving conversion metrics and ensuring a consistent professional donor and customer experience across all teams.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator highly organized data driven and comfortable managing cross functional teams in different locations. This role is well suited for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast paced performance based environment and is passionate about building high functioning teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inbound sales and customer service operations across multiple locations
Manage coach and develop team leaders and representatives
Monitor KPIs conversion rates and performance metrics
Ensure consistent service standards and customer experience
Coordinate with remote and international teams
Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
Maintain accountability reporting and goal tracking
Qualifications:
5 years of inbound sales or call center management experience
Proven track record of driving team performance and revenue growth
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Experience managing multi location or remote teams preferred
Data driven with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work full time in Lakewood NJ
