About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Data Specialist/Analyst to support our HR technology implementation projects. This is a temporary role (36 months) focused on data analysis data migration system configuration support and ensuring data integrity during our Dayforce and UKG implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HRIS implementation efforts including data extraction cleansing validation and migration.
- Analyze and troubleshoot HR data issues across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with HR IT and implementation partners to ensure accurate system configuration.
- Assist with testing documentation and process mapping throughout the implementation cycle.
- Ensure data governance standards and data quality practices are followed.
- Prepare reports dashboards and audit data as needed.
- Provide end-user support during testing and go-live phases.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of HRIS or HR data analytics experience.
- Hands-on experience working with Dayforce and UKG (data structures reporting configuration support or implementation).
- Strong data analysis skills including Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP pivot tables data cleanup).
- Experience with data migration and validation during system implementations.
- High attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR processes (payroll benefits timekeeping employee data).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HRIS implementation cycles end-to-end.
- Familiarity with integrations and data mapping.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Additional Details:
- Temporary assignment approximately 36 months with potential for extension depending on project needs.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
