We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team! As an Accounting Clerk you will play a key role in supporting our finance department and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Pay $19/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare invoices and process payments
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Process invoices payments and expense reports

  • Reconcile daily bank deposits

  • Provides change for staff

  • Processing Travel Agents commissions

  • Answering emails and corresponding with Travel Agents

  • Maintain accurate filling systems

  • Provide administrative support to management

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good Communication and time management abilities
