Description of Work

The Business Office Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all functions of the OEMS Business Office. This position directs financial operations across multiple funding streams and program areas ensuring fiscal integrity regulatory compliance and efficient business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversight of grant management budgeting procurement travel administration financial compliance and fiscal reporting. The Business Office Manager establishes internal controls standardizes procedures and ensures alignment between program operations and funding requirements.
This role directly supervises the Grant Manager Budget Officer two Business Office Coordinators and the EMSC Grant Coordinator. The Business Office Manager serves as the primary liaison between program leadership and fiscal operations providing financial guidance ensuring accountability and supporting informed decision-making at the executive level.

Salary Range: $60881 - $106544

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal grant management requirements.
  • Advanced understanding of public-sector budgeting and financial oversight.
  • Ability to supervise and develop professional staff.
  • Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret fiscal regulations and apply them to operational processes.

This position is 100% federally funded.

This position will close at 11:59 p.m. the night before the end date.

The Division of Health Service Regulationoversees medical mental health and adult care facilities emergency medical services and local jails. We check to see that people receiving care in these facilities are safe and receive appropriate care. We make certain that medical buildings are built only when there is a need for them.
